Emily Rogers has been a vital part of the company since 2020. Emily’s dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. Emily serves as the primary customer liaison, managing service call scheduling, handling inquiries, and ensuring that every client receives prompt and friendly assistance. When she’s not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband Bradley and our two boys Campbell & Ricky, traveling, shopping, watching my boys play sports and making trips to Austin to watch the Texas Longhorns play.

Bradley Rogers – Blending Tradition with Expertise

Bradley Rogers began working in the family business at the age of 16, spending summers gaining hands-on experience. After earning a BA in Economics from the University of Texas in 2011, he returned to East Texas to contribute full-time. Holding a Texas air conditioning contracting license, Bradley works as both a service and installation technician while managing critical aspects of the business. His technical expertise, combined with a passion for excellence, ensures that Rogers Air Conditioning continues to deliver high-quality service. Bradley’s dedication extends beyond the job to his personal interests, including fishing, hunting, Texas Rangers baseball, and cheering for the Texas Longhorns.
